To cancel your home insurance please call us on 03. If you are paying by monthly instalments your instalments will end but you may not receive a return of premium and may be required to pay an additional amount for the time you have been covered.

If your motor insurance policy is cancelled after the 14-day cooling-off period we will charge a pro-rata refund based on the time you’ve been covered by us, plus a cancellation fee of £52.50.
