If you cancel your insurance after 14 days from the start date of your policy you’ll need to pay a £30 cancellation fee as well as a pro-rata payment that takes into consideration the time you’ve been covered by us. If you cancel during this time, we’ll issue a pro-rata refund, so you only pay for the time you’ve been covered by us. To cancel your home insurance please call us on 03. If you are paying by monthly instalments your instalments will end but you may not receive a return of premium and may be required to pay an additional amount for the time you have been covered.
